Deshalb m\u00fcssen sie investieren. Leasing erm\u00f6glicht es Unternehmen, schneller auf immer k\u00fcrzere Investitionszyklen und den raschen technologischen Wandel zu reagieren. Experten zufolge k\u00f6nnte das Bruttoinlandsprodukt der Schweiz dank Leasing innerhalb von zehn Jahren sogar um 1 % steigen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Im Durchschnitt ist Leasing in der Schweiz immer noch ein weniger genutztes Instrument der Investitionsfinanzierung als in Europa. F\u00fcr Tobias H\u00fcttche von der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz ist dies eine verpasste Chance. &#8222;Es wird ein gro\u00dfes Potenzial f\u00fcr die Schweizer Wirtschaft verschenkt. Anstatt monatelang F\u00f6rdergelder zu blockieren, k\u00f6nnten die Unternehmen dieses Geld f\u00fcr Forschung und Entwicklung nutzen&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt Tobias H\u00fcttche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Viele Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen sich noch weitgehend mit Eigenmitteln finanzieren. Auch bilanzpolitische \u00dcberlegungen und steuerliche Vorteile sind in der Schweiz weniger entscheidend als im Ausland. Zudem ist das Image von Leasing durch die Autovermietung angeschlagen. Dabei k\u00f6nnte Leasing viel mehr f\u00fcr Unternehmen und die Schweizer Wirtschaft insgesamt tun.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6konomie : erm\u00f6glicht Unternehmen eine schnelle Anpassung<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Im Zeitalter des schnellen technologischen Wandels m\u00fcssen Unternehmen produktiver werden und Abl\u00e4ufe schneller automatisieren. Das bedeutet, dass die digitale Transformation Investitionen erfordert. Die Studie zeigt eindrucksvoll, dass Leasing einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Bew\u00e4ltigung dieser Herausforderungen leisten kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einige der positiven Effekte von Leasing als Finanzierungsinstrument sind bereits bekannt, wie z. B. die Erhaltung der Liquidit\u00e4t, die Optimierung der Kapitalstruktur, die Senkung der Kapitalkosten, die Vereinfachung des Cash-Managements und die Erm\u00f6glichung von Investitionen in der Wachstumsphase. Gerade in Expansionsphasen wird Leasing zu einer interessanten Finanzierungsm\u00f6glichkeit mit flexiblerer Kreditpolitik, da das Leasingobjekt der Bank geh\u00f6rt und somit eine Sicherheit darstellt. Leasing wirkt sich auch positiv auf die Preise aus, da die Leasingzinsen niedriger sind als die Kreditzinsen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mehr Handlungsspielraum in Forschung und Entwicklung<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neben den bekannten Vorteilen zeigt die Studie auch konkrete positive Effekte f\u00fcr die Entwicklung eines Unternehmens auf. Die Ansiedlung schafft finanzielle Spielr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Forschung und Entwicklung, die laut der Studie sinnvoll genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen.
